Terms of service
Effective June 11, 2026
1. The service
RetireGlide provides educational retirement-planning software: scenario modeling, forecasting, and related tools. It is not investment, tax, or legal advice, and RetireGlide is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. Outputs are hypothetical illustrations based on assumptions you control.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may close your account at any time from settings; deletion follows our privacy policy.
3. Subscriptions
Premium renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from billing settings, effective at the end of the paid period. Trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends; we notify you before charging.
4. Acceptable use
Don't upload content you lack rights to, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service to violate law. You may only upload images of accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees; markets, tax law, and your circumstances will differ from any model. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
