Billing questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing settings in two clicks — no phone calls, no retention flows. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- How does the free trial work?
- The standard Premium trial is 14 days and then renews at the annual or monthly price you choose ($120/year or $14/month). If you upgrade from inside the voice interview, the separate voice trial is 3 days and then renews at $14/month. Either way you won't be charged until the trial ends, and canceling before then costs nothing.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Premium features lock, but your plan, scenarios, and history stay intact and your data-export and deletion rights are identical on every tier.
